Two of four arrested after pursuit have posted bond

Two of the four people involved in a May pursuit and daylong search have been released after posting bond.
Alexis Schurter, 19, of Peoria Heights, IL was charged with Prohibited Acts (possessing money while committing a drug-related crime) (Class 4 Felony) and Obstructing a Peace Officer (Class 1 Misdemeanor). Her bond was set $7,500 Cash or Surety. If convicted of all charges, Schurter faces a maximum of three years imprisonment.
On May 30, Schurter paid $7,500 cash to allow her to bond out of jail according to court documents. She is due in court on July 7 for a preliminary hearing.
Kyle Buss, 26, of Pekin, IL was charged with Prohibited Acts (possessing money while committing a drug-related crime) (Class 4 Felony), Being an Accessory to a Felony (Class 1 Misdemeanor), and Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (Infractions). His bond was set $15,000 Cash or Surety. If convicted of all charges, Buss faces a maximum of three years imprisonment.
On May 27, a $15,000 surety bond was filed for Buss allowing him to remain free pending trial. He is due in court on July 20 for a preliminary hearing.
Tyler Liles and Deacon Fulton remain in custody at the Buffalo County Jail.
