Shiloh Schiltz, 19, was charged in recent court documents with allegedly sexually assaulting a female. The female was 15-years-old at the time of the alleged crime. Schiltz was charged in November of 2020 with contributing to the delinquency of a minor and soliciting prostitution.

Though the record is sealed, it alleges that on August 3, 2020, Schiltz (19-years old at the time) did subject the 15-year-old female to sexual penetration without the female's consent. The victims of the two crimes are different females.
Schiltz had paid 10% of a $5,000 bond to be released on the original two charges. His bond on the sexual assault charge has been set at $25,000 Cash or Corporate Surety.
For the sexual assault charge, a Class 2 Felony, Schiltz faces a maximum of 50 years imprisonment.
