Lammers bond set at $100,000

Jess Lammers, of North Platte, was seen in court on Monday May 4, 2020. He was arrested in North Platte, NE on Thursday April 30 for one count of Terroristic Threats, a class IIIA Felony.
His bond was set at $100,000 meaning that he would need $10,000 cash to bond out of jail. Other conditions of the bond are that he not possess any firearms and that he not leave the State of Nebraska., according to court records.
Lammers is alleged to have threatened multiple local, state, and federal officials.
At this time, Lammers is free on bond. He is being represented by the Phelps County Public Defender, Nancy Freburg.
His next court appearance is set for Wednesday May 13, 2020 at 12:30 PM in the Phelps County Court.
